It is reported that Intel Gaudi3 is built on TSMC's 5nm technology, with assistance from Worldchip Electronics: AI performance surpasses NVIDIA H100

Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger stated that the Intel Gaudi 3 AI accelerator will be launched next year and has completed sampling and begun packaging. He also announced the integration of Falcon Shores GPU and Gaudi into one product by 2025.

The Industrial and Commercial Times of Taiwan, China, China, reported that Intel Gaudi3 will be built with the 5nm process of TSMC and assisted by WorldCom. In the future, Intel's reasoning chip Goya will also be won by WorldCom.

According to previous reports, the bandwidth of Intel Gaudi3 is 1.5 times that of the previous generation Gaudi 2 (7nm process), BFloat16 performance is improved by three times, network computing power is doubled, and computing power is increased by 50%. It is expected to be equipped with up to 128GB of HBM3e storage, and AI learning and training performance surpasses Nvidia H100 and challenges H200.
