Intel Core i5-14600 processor exposed: Rui frequency up to 5.2GHz, power consumption up to 156W, becoming a new favorite of high-performance processors

ECSM has now released CPU-Z parameter information and Cinebench R23 test results for Intel Core i5-14600 non K versions.

From the figure, it can be seen that the Core i5-14600 processor adopts a 10nm process, with six P-cores and eight E-cores, a total of 14 cores and 20 threads, and a maximum Rui frequency of 5.2GHz. It also has 24MB of L3 cache and a TDP of 65W.After more than 2 minutes using the AIDA 64 FPU baking machine, ECSM found that the packaging temperature of this CPU reached 81 ℃, with a power consumption of 156W. At this time, the CPU's core frequencies were 4.8GHz and 3.9GHz, respectively. In addition, the i5-14600 achieved a score of 1992 and 22768 respectively in the Cinebench R23 single core and multi-core runs, with a gap of approximately 3.9% and 10.7% compared to the i5-14600K (about 2070 points for single core and 25200 points for multi-core).
