AMD's new desktop CPU releases early next year: 8000G series, 5700X3D, GT series

The upcoming R7 8700G, R5 8600G, and R5 8500G desktop APUs are expected to be desktop ported versions of the R7 7840HS, R5 7640HS, and R5 7545U mobile processors, with 8 cores, 6 cores, and 6 cores respectively, and a TDP of 65W.

The message states that the R7 5700X3D large cache processor is 8-core 16 thread, 3.0-4.1GHz, and L3 cache is 96MB. As a comparison, AMD launched the R7 5800X3D game processor in April 2022, with 8 cores and 16 threads, 3.4-4.5GHz, and an L3 cache of 96MB.

The parameters of the new R5 5600GT and R5 5500GT are currently unclear and are expected to be mid to low-end models.
