The flagship Ryzen 7 8700G of Phoenix 1 features 8 complete Zen4 cores and 16 threads, with a maximum acceleration clock frequency of 5.1GHz; Ryzen 5 8600G includes 6 cores/12 threads, with a maximum acceleration clock frequency of 5.0GHz, and both APUs come with default 45W/65W TDP.
In terms of the Phoenix 2 series, it is equipped with both Zen4 and Zen4C cores. This series includes Ryzen 5 8500G (6 cores/12 threads) and Ryzen 3 8300G (4 cores/8 threads), which AMD further subdivides into G (45W/65W) and GE (35W) versions.
In terms of graphics, iGPUs equipped with RDNA3 are about 30-40% faster than the previous generation. In 3DMark FireStrike, the performance score of the kernel display has increased by 250%.
The leaked information indicates that AMD will launch Ryzen 7 8700G, Ryzen 5 8600G, and Ryzen 3 8500G on January 31st; The Ryzen 5 5600GT and Ryzen 5 5500GT will be launched in the first quarter of 2024.
