It is reported that NVIDIA RTX 4090 D Chinese special graphics card uses AD102-250 GPU

According to reliable whistleblower MEGAsizeGPU, the RTX 4090 D will use AD102-250 GPU, while the original RTX 4090 will use AD102-300/301 GPU.

The RTX 4090 D is expected to continue using 24GB GDDR6X graphics memory, with a slightly reduced number of CUDA cores compared to the original 16384. Additionally, Nvidia may limit its overclocking capability to avoid exceeding 4800 TOPS of computing power.

In terms of price, it is reported that the RTX 4090 D is the same as the original RTX 4090 at 12999 yuan.

According to previous reports, Nvidia released the RTX 4090 flagship graphics card in September 2022. The RTX 4090 has 76 billion transistors, 16384 CUDA cores, and 24 GB of high-speed Micron GDDR6X graphics memory. Nvidia claims that in a complete ray tracing game, compared to the previous generation RTX 3090 Ti using DLSS 2, the RTX 4090 using DLSS 3 has a performance improvement of up to four times.
