Huirong launches FerriSSD single-chip PCIe 4.0 BGA solid-state drive with a capacity of up to 1TB, meeting industrial grade I-Temps standard requirements

The FerriSSD BGA solid-state drive adopts the PCIe 4.0 x4 protocol and is equipped with high-density 3D NAND flash memory, with a packaging size of only 16mm x 20mm. Up to 1TB capacity, with continuous read speeds exceeding 6GB/s and continuous write speeds exceeding 4GB/s.

This series of solid-state drives is equipped with IntelligentSeries data protection technology independently developed by Huirong, which improves reliability and performance through encryption, data caching, data scanning, and protection functions. At the same time, it supports stable operation under extreme temperature conditions ranging from -40 ° C to 85 ° C, meeting I-Temperature requirements.

• Built in SR-IOV function, allowing virtual machines to share a single physical PCIe device
